The house is located in Javea, a lovely, medieval village with approx 27'000 inhabitants, many sights of interest and lots of spanish flair.

The property is a former approx. 200 year old farmhouse, which was transformed into a so-called summer house in the thirties. The building underwent complete renovation in 1994/95 and was rebuilt into a holiday home.

The house stands detached in a quiet prospect on a 1500 m2 plot of land. It is completely surrounded by fencing and is about 5 walking minutes away from the historic centre of Javea/Xabia. The total gross area of the house is 160 m2 with a 36 m2 covered (living) terrace at ground level and a 45 m2 terrace on the top floor with sea view.
